When you upload documents for translation, interpretation preparation, quotes, or other services, we collect and store those files to provide the requested services. Uploaded documents may contain personal information, confidential business information, or other sensitive content.

We handle uploaded documents in accordance with our Confidentiality Policy, Security Policy, and Upload & Submitted Materials Policy. Access to uploaded documents is restricted to personnel, contractors, and interpreters who need access to perform the requested services.

We do not use your uploaded documents for purposes unrelated to your request, and we do not sell or share your documents with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

JHBridge does not directly store or process payment card data. Payments are handled by third-party payment processors, currently Stripe and PayPal where enabled. When you make a payment, your card details are transmitted directly to the processor using secure encryption.

We may store transaction records, invoice history, billing addresses, and subscription status for accounting, tax, and customer service purposes. These records are subject to our Data Retention and Deletion Policy.

Individuals who apply to become interpreters or contractors with JHBridge may provide resumes, contact information, language skills, certifications, background information, references, banking details for payouts, and other professional information.

When you create an account with JHBridge, we collect your login credentials, profile information, and account preferences. We support email-and-password authentication, Google OAuth, and AWS Cognito login where configured.

If you choose to log in using a third-party identity provider such as Google, we receive certain information from that provider (such as your name and email address) in accordance with the provider's privacy policy and your privacy settings with that provider.

We collect log data about how you interact with our services, including IP addresses, access times, pages visited, features used, and error reports. This information helps us operate, maintain, secure, and improve our services.

Interpreters and contractors are bound by confidentiality obligations and are permitted to use client information solely for the purpose of performing their assigned services. We do not authorize interpreters or contractors to use your information for their own marketing or unrelated purposes.
