Email Communications Policy
How JHBRIDGE Translation Services communicates with you via email, including message types, marketing preferences, and security guidance.

Types of Emails
JHBridge Translation Services ("JHBridge," "we," "us," or "our") sends the following types of email communications: transactional emails (order confirmations, delivery notifications, invoice receipts), service-related updates (project status, revision requests, scheduling changes), account notifications (password resets, security alerts, account changes), quote and booking confirmations, and administrative notices (policy updates, Terms changes). These emails are essential to the delivery of our services and the management of your account.
Transactional emails are triggered by specific actions you take or events related to your account and service requests. For example, when you submit a translation request, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. When your translated document is ready for download, you will receive a delivery notification. When a payment is processed, you will receive an invoice receipt. These emails contain important information about your active engagements with JHBridge.
Administrative notices include updates to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and other legal documents, as well as important service announcements such as scheduled maintenance, changes to our service offerings, or other matters that may affect your use of JHBridge services. We send these emails to ensure that all users are informed of material changes that may affect their rights or obligations.
Marketing Communications
JHBridge may send optional marketing or promotional emails if you have opted in to receive them. Marketing emails may include information about new services, language pairs, industry specializations, special promotions, company news, educational content related to translation and interpretation, and other communications that we believe may be of interest to you. Marketing emails are always clearly identified as promotional in nature.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in each marketing email. Unsubscribe requests are processed promptly, typically within one to two business days. Once you have unsubscribed from marketing emails, you will no longer receive promotional communications from JHBridge, though previously scheduled emails that are already in the delivery queue may still arrive during the processing period.
Unsubscribing from marketing does not affect transactional or service-related emails. You will continue to receive emails related to your active service requests, account security, payment confirmations, and other non-promotional communications regardless of your marketing email preferences. If you wish to stop receiving all emails from JHBridge, you may need to close your account, as certain transactional emails cannot be opted out of while you maintain an active account.
Transactional Emails Cannot Be Opted Out
Certain emails are required for service delivery and account security and cannot be opted out of while you maintain an active account. These include invoice and payment notifications, security alerts (such as password reset confirmations, unusual login activity alerts, and two-factor authentication codes), service delivery confirmations, and other emails that are necessary for the fulfillment of our contractual obligations to you.
The reason these emails cannot be opted out of is that they contain information critical to the security of your account and the successful delivery of services you have requested. For example, if you request a password reset, we must send you a reset link via email. If we process a payment on your behalf, we are required to provide you with a receipt. These are not promotional in nature and serve essential operational and legal functions.
If you no longer wish to receive any emails from JHBridge, including transactional emails, you may request account closure by contacting us at contact@jhbridgetranslation.com. Please note that account closure may result in the loss of access to your project history, documents, and other account-related data, subject to our Data Retention & Deletion Policy.
Email Security
JHBridge sends emails from official domains. All legitimate emails from JHBridge will originate from addresses ending in @jhbridgetranslation.com or from our authorized email service provider domains. Be cautious of phishing emails that may impersonate JHBridge by using similar-looking domain names, unofficial sender addresses, or suspicious formatting designed to trick you into revealing personal information or clicking malicious links.
JHBridge will never ask for your password, full payment card number, Social Security number, or other sensitive credentials via email. If you receive an email that appears to be from JHBridge and requests this type of information, do not click any links, do not reply to the email, and do not provide the requested information. If you receive a suspicious email appearing to be from JHBridge, please forward it to contact@jhbridgetranslation.com so that we can investigate and take appropriate action to protect our users. We take email security seriously and actively monitor for phishing attempts, spoofed emails, and other threats. Reporting suspicious emails helps us protect you and other JHBridge users from fraud and identity theft.
Email Provider
JHBridge uses third-party email service providers (such as Resend) to deliver emails. These providers are selected based on their reliability, security practices, and compliance with applicable data protection regulations. By using JHBridge services, you acknowledge that your email address and the content of messages sent to you will be processed by these third-party providers in the course of delivering emails on our behalf.
Our email service providers process email addresses and message content in accordance with their own privacy and security practices. JHBridge requires its email service providers to maintain appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect the data they process on our behalf. We enter into data processing agreements with these providers to ensure that your information is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
JHBridge does not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your email address is shared with our email service providers solely for the purpose of delivering emails from JHBridge to you. Contact Preferences
To update your email preferences, you may use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, adjust your notification settings in your JHBridge account dashboard (if available), or contact us directly at contact@jhbridgetranslation.com. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your communication preferences while ensuring that you continue to receive essential service-related and security-related communications.
If you are experiencing email delivery issues, such as not receiving expected emails from JHBridge, please check your spam or junk folder, add our sending addresses to your email contacts or safe sender list, and verify that the email address on file with your JHBridge account is correct. If you continue to experience issues after taking these steps, contact us for assistance.
To report email-related issues, including suspected phishing attempts, unsubscribe requests that have not been honored, or any other concerns about email communications from JHBridge, please contact contact@jhbridgetranslation.com. We aim to respond to all email-related inquiries within two business days.
