This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the JHBRIDGE Translation Services ("JHBridge," "we," "us," or "our") website, platform, tools, and all related services. This AUP is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service and applies to all users, visitors, clients, contractors, and any other persons who access or use our services.

The purpose of this policy is to ensure that our platform remains safe, reliable, and available for all users. By accessing or using JHBridge services, you agree to comply with this AUP. We reserve the right to update this policy at any time, and your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.

Violations of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your account, removal of content, reporting to law enforcement, and pursuit of any legal remedies available to us. We encourage all users to report suspected violations by contacting us at contact@jhbridgetranslation.com.

You may not upload, submit, transmit, or otherwise make available through our platform any content that is illegal under federal, state, or local law, including but not limited to content that constitutes or facilitates illegal activity, violates criminal statutes, or is otherwise unlawful. This includes but is not limited to documents related to illegal transactions, content that promotes or facilitates terrorism, and materials that depict or promote the exploitation of minors.

You may not upload or transmit files containing malware, viruses, trojan horses, worms, ransomware, spyware, adware, or any other harmful code or software designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to computer systems, networks, or data. Any file found to contain malicious code will be immediately quarantined or deleted, and the responsible account may be suspended without prior notice.

You may not submit fraudulent documents, fake identification documents, forged certificates, fabricated records, or any materials created with the intent to deceive, defraud, or misrepresent. This includes counterfeit academic transcripts, fraudulent immigration documents, forged business records, and any other document that misrepresents its origin, content, or authenticity.

You may not upload stolen materials, content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of third parties, or materials obtained without proper authorization. This includes copyrighted works used without permission, trade secrets misappropriated from employers or business partners, and any content that violates the proprietary rights of others. You may not upload content that promotes violence, hate speech, discrimination, or illegal activity.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems, servers, networks, databases, or accounts belonging to JHBridge or other users. This includes hacking, password mining, credential stuffing, brute force attacks, social engineering, phishing, and any other unauthorized method of accessing systems or data that you are not authorized to access.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, or underlying structure of our software, applications, or services. You may not copy, modify, create derivative works of, or distribute our proprietary software or content without our express written permission.

You may not use automated tools, scripts, bots, crawlers, scrapers, or other automated means to access, collect, extract, or download data from our website or platform without our prior written consent. This includes screen scraping, data mining, web harvesting, and any similar activity conducted by automated means. You may not send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, chain letters, or other unsolicited communications through or using our services.

You may not engage in harassment, threats, intimidation, bullying, or abusive behavior directed at JHBridge staff, contractors, interpreters, translators, or other users. You may not impersonate any person or entity, falsely claim an affiliation with any person or entity, or misrepresent your identity in connection with your use of our services.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not share your username, password, or other authentication credentials with any other person. Each individual who uses our services should maintain their own separate account with unique credentials. Sharing account access undermines the security of our platform and violates this policy.

You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent account restrictions, suspensions, bans, or limitations imposed by JHBridge. If your account has been suspended or terminated for a violation of this AUP or our Terms of Service, you may not create a new account without our prior written permission. Attempts to evade enforcement actions through the use of multiple accounts will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

You may not use your JHBridge account for purposes other than the intended translation, interpretation, and related language services offered by our platform. Accounts are provided for the purpose of accessing and using JHBridge services, and you may not repurpose your account or our platform for unrelated commercial activities, personal projects unrelated to our services, or any other unauthorized purpose.

JHBridge may offer AI-assisted features, tools, or capabilities as part of our services. You may not misuse these features, including but not limited to using AI tools to generate false, misleading, or fraudulent content, to produce translations or documents intended to deceive third parties, or to create content that violates any applicable law or regulation.

You may not attempt to manipulate, exploit, reverse engineer, or interfere with any AI systems, machine learning models, or automated tools provided by JHBridge. This includes prompt injection attacks, attempts to extract training data, efforts to cause the AI to produce harmful or inappropriate output, and any other activity designed to subvert the intended function of our AI tools.

All AI-assisted features are provided as tools to support our services and must be used only for their intended functions. You may not use AI tools provided by JHBridge for purposes outside the scope of the translation and interpretation services for which they are offered. We reserve the right to limit, modify, or discontinue AI features at any time and without notice.

You may only upload materials that you are legally authorized to share with JHBridge for the purpose of receiving our services. By uploading any file or document, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right, authority, and any necessary permissions to share those materials with us and to authorize us to process them in connection with the requested services.

You may not upload materials that contain malware, viruses, or other harmful code, as described in the Prohibited Content section of this policy. Files that trigger security alerts during our screening process may be quarantined, rejected, or deleted without prior notice. JHBridge is not responsible for any delays or failures in service caused by the rejection of files that do not pass security screening.

You may not upload content that is illegal, that violates the intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties, or that you are not authorized to share. This includes confidential materials belonging to third parties that you do not have permission to disclose, documents subject to court-imposed confidentiality orders, and any other materials whose sharing or processing by JHBridge would violate applicable law or contractual obligations.

You may not engage in any activity that interferes with, disrupts, degrades, or impairs the operation of JHBridge services, systems, servers, or networks. This includes denial-of-service attacks, distributed denial-of-service attacks, flooding, mail bombing, and any other activity designed to overload or disrupt our infrastructure or the infrastructure of our service providers.

You may not introduce vulnerabilities, backdoors, or security weaknesses into our systems, whether intentionally or through negligent conduct. You may not probe, scan, or test our systems for vulnerabilities without our prior written consent. You may not circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of our platform, including authentication mechanisms, access controls, encryption, and monitoring systems.

Any activity that threatens the stability, availability, or security of our systems is a serious violation of this policy and may result in immediate account termination, reporting to law enforcement, and pursuit of civil remedies. We reserve the right to take any action we deem necessary to protect the integrity of our systems, including blocking IP addresses, restricting access, and cooperating with law enforcement investigations.

JHBridge reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this Acceptable Use Policy using any lawful means available, including reviewing account activity, examining uploaded content, analyzing system logs, and cooperating with law enforcement or other authorities as appropriate. You agree to cooperate with any such investigation and to provide information reasonably requested by JHBridge in connection with an investigation.

If JHBridge determines, in its sole discretion, that a violation of this AUP has occurred, we may take any or all of the following actions: issue a warning, suspend or restrict account access, permanently terminate accounts, remove or disable access to content that violates this policy, report the violation and relevant information to law enforcement authorities, and pursue any available legal remedies, including injunctive relief and monetary damages.

JHBridge is not obligated to monitor all user activity, content, or communications on our platform. However, we reserve the right to monitor, review, and screen content and activity at any time and for any reason, including to ensure compliance with this AUP, to protect our systems, to respond to legal process, or to protect the safety and rights of our users, staff, and the public. The absence of active monitoring does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce this policy.

We will endeavor to provide notice before taking enforcement action where practicable and appropriate, but we reserve the right to act immediately and without prior notice in cases involving serious violations, threats to safety, illegal activity, or circumstances where delay could result in harm to JHBridge, our users, or third parties.
